We&#039;re in fantastic shape in terms of DTI but have bankruptcy and foreclosure within the 3 year (or so) period that disqualifies us from anything with traditional and FHA lenders. In most cases a 20% down payment will be the minimum that will be accepted, even if the apartment has good financial history.]]></description>
